The tempurature dipped down past -40 degrees Celcius with windchill almost reaching -50.......yes, it is cold, really cold. Weather like this brings many to think about their life and where they are going.....
Have you ever asked yourself "If I could do anything what would I do?" If so, do you allow yourself to ask this questiosn often?
So many of us go through our day and just become benign. We stopping asking what we want and decide to take what we are getting. We complain, or we fight against it. Why?
So things are not meant to be changed but are meant to be learned from, and change can only occur with in the flow and not by pushing against it, so I ask again, how often do you ask yourself, "If I could do anything what would I do?"
We are taught we control everything external, yet it is the thoughts we have that create the world we see and feel.
Do you actually control the external? You have so much proof that shows no matter how hard you try to make something happen or stop something from happening, it happens anyway. You also have proof that if you wish for something and then let it go, it just seems to happen.
You will think "I wish I had.....' and then *poof* one day when you least expect it....it is there.
The simplicity of the law of attraction, however most people do not really understand how this works. If you work and focus on getting what you think you want, sometimes you begin to fear you may not get it. As soon as that fear enters the Universe answers to the thought of you not getting it, and thus you do not realize your dream and what you wanted.
It is a slippery slope. To live the life we want is to know what we have and be thankful for it.
It is to be humble, and yes in awe but not so much awe that you can't believe all these great things are happening for you. If you believe that, then your ego has once again taken over and you will not see the gifts in the moment for you will believe they are fleeting and not apart of daily life.
So as you read this, ask yourself to name 5 things you really love to have or do - walk, music, potatoe chips, a good cup of coffee/tea, a bath, a run.......name it. The next time you are having a moment of stress, take look at your list and allow yourself to do one of those things.
You have your one answers, you know what to do, you just have to remind yourself of that.
Remember to ask for what you want, and KNOW you will get what you need. Remember, it is within the knowing that we will allow what we want to be realized in this reality.
To chase your dreams is to truly believe you will never catch them, it is better to live them in each moment........it causes less stress :)
Have a wonderful day!!!!!!
