I have just releaed my next 2 cds and I highly recommend them.  The Deep Meditation is one that everyone can enjoy.  It will be available in a set shortly and I have put up the number you can call and order yourself one.  The single is $24.95 and the set will be $37.95 - it is paired with "A Path to Inner Peace" a 12 minute meditation cd that one can use anytime of their day.  The deep mediation takes you on a fabulous journey of the mind.  You will hear, see and feel; Speak to guides, ones who have passed, let go of past pain and worries, or memories, energize chakras and create safe places for your mind to return to.  This cd is fabulous!  Please remember that when having trouble meditating, just put on the cd and listen.  Don't plan to meditate, don't try, just sit back in a comfy chair and relax to the words and music.  Often the harder we try, the less we are able to trust our experience.

The next cd I released is "Help! I'm Having a Bad Day!"  It another daily guidance cd.  "Journey to the Self" Guidance cd, deals with daily experiences and how to cope with them, giving suggestions and solutions that you can utilize to find your own way.  Both cds remind you that you are capable no matter what life is handing you.  "Bad Day" deals more with bad days, but digresses regularly into things we all need to remember in the way that we are all capable!  The cds sell for $24.95 each and their set will be out shortly selling for $44.95
