Guide yourself - you know you can:)

Posted on Oct 3rd, 2007 by AuKeeRa : Clairvoyant, Counselor , Author AuKeeRa
Do not run to a psychic, clairvoyant, counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist when you feel you are feeling lost or confused.  Before you do anything realize you have you answers even when it does not feel like it.  Take a step back from your situation and understand that you get to have a bad day, you get to feel confused, you are not blind and sometimes we all feel like we are lost.
  1. Look at the situation you are in.
  2. Write it down on paper.
  3. Write possible solutions for yourself not including another person.  Remember, you cannot be made to do anything and you cannot make another person change or do anything.
  4. Looking at these possible solutions, ask yourself what you are willing to do at this time.  Remember, you must give a solution that is achievable for you right now.  You must live within what you can handle and not decide on a choice that will only leave you feeling more confused.
  5. Also take the time to think what you would tell a friend if they were in the same situation.  Remember, you are your own best friend, so what would you do?

Taking the time to slow down our brains and realize we are capable of living our own lives is a something few of us do.  Take the time to write down your conflicts and look at them objectively.  Take the time to give yourself the advice you would give a friend then trust yourself enough to listen to it.

As human being we are complex creatures.  Take the time to allow yourself to be human.

Realize people cannot always aid you as they sometimes have not worked through their own problems.  Many people want a sense of codependancy or find this a way to earn their living by preying on anothers wants, needs or self imposed 'short comings'.

Be wary of who you choose to ask for guidance and remember to ask yourself first.

Does Life Has to be so Stressful?

Posted on Oct 9th, 2007 by AuKeeRa : Clairvoyant, Counselor , Author AuKeeRa
Does Life Has to be So Stressful?

There will always be stress in life.  Life is always changing and with change often comes stress.  So how does one cope with an ever changing, stress filled life?
First of all you decide it is okay to feel stress.  You decide you do not have to tell everyone that you are stressed out and you to realize everyone else is stress out too.  You may say, “Not everyone!” Yet realize those who look calm have learned stress is okay, it will not ruin their day and they can feel stress while still having a productive day.
What does that look like in your mind?  Thoughts are very powerful.  When you wake up, say to yourself “I love my life” or I feel great” rather than, “I am going to have a good day.”  Act like you are already content.
Journal in the morning to show yourself you are capable of handling your day (even if it does include screaming children or a disgruntled boss, employee or spouse.)  Decide with certainty nothing will enter your life that you cannot handle today.
What does that mean?  It means when you begin to feel road rage on your way to work, you tell yourself “I have enough time.”  Or when your kids are not listening you think, ”I hear you.”  When you are dealing with unreasonable people, you think, “I love you.” Or “Thank you.”
You realize you are not a victim and nothing is being done to you.  You realize there is always a solution, even if you do not see it just yet.  You realize it is okay to have a bad day but there is no need to take it out on anyone else.  And you walk away from any person who decides it is okay to take their bad day out on you.
We forget what we tell children when they are being bullied.  We tell them to walk away.  Heed this advice when you are bullying yourself in your thoughts or being treated rudely by another.  Walk away and do it with the thought of “I love you.” Or “Thank you.”
With a thought of gratitude comes the realization of how many gifts we receive each day.  The fact you woke up this morning was a gift.  How often do you thank what you believe in?  How often do you feel humble with in your abundant life?
How often do you feel it is not abundant enough and therefore invoke thoughts of entitlement followed by the stress of needing to get more?  Pausing and being humble with feelings of gratitude is a wonderful stress reducer.
Life is filled with stress, it will always be.  Try these tools, see if they work, then greet your day with calm certainty that in each moment, no matter how hard, you will feel content.
And know, “Life is not meant to be an uphill climb, it’s just life”AuKeeRa Rayne  

Tools
In the morning have thoughts of, “I feel great” or “I love my life”
Journal to show your day is manageable and to clear your mind.
During the day tell yourself “I have enough time.” “I hear you.” or “I love you,” Remember to walk away from bullies, including yourself with the thoughts of love and gratitude.
Finally always find gratitude for all you have and to what you believe in or “Thank you”

Clearing your home of unwanted energies (even ghosts:)

Posted on Oct 10th, 2007 by AuKeeRa : Clairvoyant, Counselor , Author AuKeeRa
Clearing, Blessing and Cloaking your Home:
You do not need to hire somebody to do it.

When we think of clearing our homes of bad energies or wayward spirits we often right away feel we are not capable of doing it ourselves.  Sure, we can hire a shaman, ghost buster, psychic, or spiritualist to perform such ceremonies and yet we are also capable of this ability.
To clear your home is simply to bathe it with Universal Light energy.  There are specific ways you can do this, but the intention is what truly makes the cleansing of one’s space possible.
Items needed to clear your home are:
1)    You, with a clear mind and balanced attitude.
2)    Sage, sweet grass or a natural incense like Nagchampa or Ting shaws

Basic Cleansing Procedure
Take the time to do this when you have about an hour or so.  Be thorough the first time you do the procedure.  You will feel a difference.
1)    Stand in the center of your home and think of what you believe in spiritually.
2)    Imagine white light surrounding you and know it is there to help you in clearing your home.  White light is considered to be the purist light of the universe or God.
3)    Light your sweet grass, sage or incense.  Remember to blow out the flame to get the incense or bunch smoldering.
4)    Move clockwise around your home, walking along each wall slowly either saying a prayer, a mantra, or simply thinking loving thoughts.
5)    As you walk along the perimeter of each room, let the smoke rise up to the ceiling.  It is believed that the smoke blesses the home and clears the energy, along with your love for your home.  If you choose to use ting shaws, then gently ring them as you walk through your home.  It is believed that their vibration will clear your home of any unwanted or negative energies,
6)    Once you have walked though every room on every floor, return to the center of your home.  Focus of the clarity of your home and imagine your home a beacon of pure, bright white light.  Imagine a gauzy black sparkly cheesecloth gently float out of the sky to “cloak” your home.  It is thought that cloaking keeps wayward spirits away and keep the energy in the home clear longer.
7)    Repeat cleansing a minimum of once a year, but note, if there is a lot of arguing in the home or stressful situation, clearing maybe required monthly, weekly or even daily.
Quick Cleanse Methods
1)    Daily in the morning you may light your incense and leave it burn with a quick prayer, mantra or loving thought.  For Ting shaws, ring them gently once, twice or even three times, letting their song permeate the space.  These procedures will work to keep the regular living space clear, as well as a work space if need be. Note that this method will not clear stagnant energies out of corners or closets, it’s best if you still do a full cleansing of your home each year.
2)    Quick cleanse method two is to walk quicker though each room, to lessen the time, this will work to keep the energy moving and clear negative energies from and argument or other stressful situation.  Think pure thoughts while doing this procedure.  For Ting shaws, enter each room, stand in the centre and ring them once only to quicken the procedure.  Most people feel that this will not replace the thorough yearly cleanse though, but will prove helpful to keep the home’s energy flowing.

You are able to clear your home simply because it is your home.  If you do not own the entire home, then you are entitled, by the Universe to clear your own living space.
It is always best not to clear another’s home for them, allow them to clear it themselves (unless you are one who does home clearing as part of your spiritual skills).
There are more in-depth forms of home clearing available for you to learn, if that appeals to you.  For most of us though, these methods will serve our daily lives.  You do not need to feel obligated to hire a “professional”, that person for your home is you.
